Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently offer UK domestic shipping and international shipping to selected countries.

UK Shipping

  • Standard Shipping (2–4 business days)
    £2.99 or Free on orders over £40

  • Express Shipping (1–2 business days)
    £5.99

International Shipping

  • Delivery: 7–14 business days

  • Rates calculated at checkout depending on destination and weight.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or customs processing.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at Support@maxveo.com.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes in certain countries.

  • Some items may have restrictions due to size, weight, or customs regulations.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country.
These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Failed Deliveries & Wrong Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Maxveo is not responsible for:

  • Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages returned to us because the courier could not deliver

If a package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order appears to be lost or arrives damaged:

  2. Provide your order number and any relevant photos (for damaged items)

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
