How much space will the Bike take up in my home?

Bike and Bike+ both have a compact 120 cm x 60 cm footprint to fit nicely in homes of all sizes.

The total dimensions of Bike are 150 cm L x 58 cm W x 135 cm H. We recommend at least 24” of space on all sides for storing and training. The ceiling height minimum is 8' to ensure all riders have adequate headroom.

Is Peloton IQ available on all Peloton devices?

Peloton IQ provides training and insights designed to personalise every workout. Peloton IQ is available on all Peloton devices, but its most advanced features can only be experienced on the Cross Training Bike+. A Peloton All-Access Membership (£45/mo) is required to access all Peloton content and applicable features on your Peloton hardware.

What’s included with the All-Access Membership and is it required for Bike?

All-Access Membership gives you and your household access to our entire library of live and on-demand classes including cycling, strength, bootcamp, outdoor running, yoga, stretching and more, all on the Bike and the Peloton App.

You’ll also have access to guided, time-based and distance-based Scenic classes, training programs tailored to meet your goals, and regularly scheduled challenges. One Peloton All-Access Membership provides access to Peloton content and all features on one Bike and Tread. Age, height and weight restrictions apply.

Do I need cycling shoes to use the Bike?

Cycling shoes enhance your Peloton experience and are recommended. Peloton Bikes require Delta-compatible cleats. Peloton cycling shoes have a narrow to normal fit. If you fall between sizes or have a wider foot, we recommend sizing up.

How does the 30-day home trial for Bike work?

It’s simple and included with every first-time Bike purchase. Once the Bike is delivered and set up in your home, experience 30 days of cardio + strength to find the classes you’ll love. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 30 days to schedule your pickup and we'll refund your purchase—no questions asked.

Refurbished Original Bikes

What’s the difference between Refurbished Original Bikes and new Cross Training Bikes?

Refurbished Original Bikes are pre-owned Peloton Bikes that are thoroughly inspected, repaired, and tested to make sure they meet Peloton standards. They may have slight cosmetic damage such as minor scratches.

Are new Cross Training Bikes and Refurbished Original Bikes covered under warranty?

Yes, new Cross Training Bikes and Refurbished Original Bikes come with a 12-month Limited Warranty, which fully covers the touchscreen and most original Bike components. Replacement parts covered under the Limited Warranty can only be shipped to the United Kingdom. Please note, the Limited Warranty is voided and service and repairs are not offered if the Bike is moved outside of the United Kingdom.

For longer protection, you can add a Peloton Service Plan.
